New Zealand allows vaping products to be sold as an adult consumer product in much the same way that cigarettes and alcohol are sold. There is no significant black market for vaping products in New Zealand.

Even as a non-smoker, I can see how beneficial vaping has been. I have met countless people who would still be smoking cigarettes if not for vaping.
