"There has been success in other countries like New Zealand and the UK. We need a strong regulation with vapes to be accessible to adults with strict compliance. Fines in place and tax on products. If there is no access to vapes there shouldn't be access to alcohol and cigarettes. I'm 51 years old I don't need the government to tell me what (and not) to do . By regulation you slow down the black market and eventually get rid of it."
